英文雑誌 Archives of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery に タイトル Open‑wedge high tibial osteotomy using intraoperative control of joint line convergence angle with reference to preoperative supine radiograph の論文が受理されました。難しい内容で、膝関節裂隙を角度表示した joint line convergence angle が手術前4°を超える症例に対し、joint line convergence angle 術後変化の影響をうけない手術方法の論文です。膝専門医でも高位脛骨骨切り術をおこなっていないとわからないかもしれません。
